Founded in 1974 under the guidance and inspiration of Pier Franco Marcenaro and formally established in 1977, Man Center is a Nonprofit Organization (NPO), present in more than 60 Italian cities and in 20 foreign countries.
At Man Center there are no barriers between people of different cultures, nationalities, and religious traditions, because everyone can live together harmoniously developing their finest qualities, in order to become capable of providing a good example of a happy, new humanity, in this epoch racked by numerous conflicts.

Since 1999 the Association's headquarters is the fifteenth-century Monastery of Sargiano, located in the hills around Arezzo. Surrounded by a vast woodland area and by farmland, it is an oasis of peace that is ideal for inner regeneration.
